Each materials handling system supplied by Nekos is designed with the customer’s needs and operating environment in mind. The key to an efficient package lies in the seamless compatibility of the mechanical components, the electrical elements and the programming.

Electrification, programming and installation are handled by Nekos Oy’s competent professionals. Our systems feature the latest technologies and the buses, sensors and components are chosen with the industry-specific hygienic, environmental and safety-related considerations in mind.

Before starting up the new production system, we make sure that the customer feels confident using the operating system. All functions of the system are tested carefully and all users are given appropriate training. This helps to make the transition period that inevitably follows the adoption of the new system as short as possible, and quickly turns the new system into an efficient part of the production machinery.

A customised control room accompanies each materials handling system that is integrated into an existing production process, making monitoring and reporting more efficient. The control room is built into the customer’s existing operating premises in order to ensure that the production process continues to run smoothly at all times. The reporting software can be used to monitor production volumes or stocks, for example.
